Landlord Gas Safety Record
Landlords have a legal duty to ensure that residential properties are safe for their tenants. In practice, this means that the law requires a Gas Safe registered engineer to carry out an annual gas safety check on all gas appliances. The results of these checks are recorded in a Landlord Gas Safety Record.
