I would like to express my appreciation for the quick and efficient service you provided me today.

I had been mucked around by another plumbing company’s failure to keep me informed of their time of arrival, so I cancelled them. I rang Smiths Plumbing to see if they could take over the job and repair a faulty mains switch on my immersion heater.

Within half an hour of my phone call, Andy arrived to repair the switch and ensured everything was in order with the hot water tank. When I saw the Smiths Plumbing van roll in on my driveway, I was absolutely over the moon!! Help was here!! Andy….you are the best!!
